About Nila

Holistic coach, psychologist & deeply curious human.

I believe mental health is rooted in the body and physical health is shaped by the mind. My own journey — through a severe eating disorder, depression, and anxiety in my early 30s — taught me that transformation is possible for anyone, at any age.

I work with women who want to heal, grow, and consciously create a life that feels genuinely theirs. Not by fixing who they are — but by helping them remember who they've always been.
