Maybe you are not lost. Maybe you have just been adapting for so long that you can no longer hear yourself clearly.
Does this sound familiar?
You are not lazy. You are not broken. You are someone who cares deeply, and you have probably tried very hard to figure it all out by yourself.
But there is a difference between understanding something in your head and feeling it in your life. There is a difference between doing the inner work alone, and doing it held.
If a part of you quietly recognised itself here, this is probably for you.
You have a sense that something is missing, but you cannot quite name it yet
You know a lot already. You just do not want to keep carrying it all alone
You have read the books and listened to the podcasts, and still feel stuck in ordinary Tuesday-morning life
You want to feel less trapped by self-doubt, old patterns, and the life you have quietly outgrown
You are craving women who understand depth without making it weird
You want to come back to yourself, not as a project, but as a person
No fixing. Just witnessing.
Most of us do not need another thing to consume. We need somewhere to bring what is already here. The tenderness, the questions, the grief, the hope, the parts we usually leave outside the room.
That is what I am building: a softer place to take a seat, take a breath, and remember that you do not have to become someone else to belong.

Safety changes people. Before change comes tenderness. Before any kind of be(com)ing, there is the simple relief of being met as you are.
We heal in relationship. Not through perfect advice, but through honest presence. We do not gather to fix one another. We gather to witness one another.
Return to yourself.Transformation is not about be(com)ing someone new. It is remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
About Nila
For a long time, I looked like I was doing fine. Inside, I was tired from adapting, performing, and trying to think my way out of things my body had been holding for years.
Now I create spaces for women who are tired of treating themselves like a problem to solve. No fixing. Just witnessing. A slower return to the parts of ourselves we learned to leave behind.
A GOOD life is not something you finally arrive at.
It is something you practice, choose, and return to.
Work with me
One is private and personal. One is communal and soft. Both are about helping you stop doing this alone.
Begin now with the free workbook
A warm, intimate community for women craving depth over noise. A place to land, be witnessed, and remember you do not have to do this alone.
The Hub opens in October. Until then, the free workbook is the first doorway in. A quiet place to begin, and the way to hear about founding membership first.
