But there is a difference between understanding something in your head and feeling it in your life. There is a difference between doing the inner work alone, and doing it held.

That is what I am building: a softer place to take a seat, take a breath, and remember that you do not have to become someone else to belong.

Safety changes people.Before change comes tenderness. Before any kind of be(com)ing, there is the simple relief of being met as you are.

We heal in relationship.Not through perfect advice, but through honest presence. We do not gather to fix one another. We gather to witness one another.

Return to yourself.Transformation is not about be(com)ing someone new. It is remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

About Nila

Psychologist, nutritionist, yoga teacher & human first.

For a long time, I looked like I was doing fine. Inside, I was tired from adapting, performing, and trying to think my way out of things my body had been holding for years.

Now I create spaces for women who are tired of treating themselves like a problem to solve. No fixing. Just witnessing. A slower return to the parts of ourselves we learned to leave behind.
